The cottage is ideally located, only a short drive to the beach and centrally located to lots of major towns including Guildford, Brighton, Chichester and Petworth and only a 1hr train journey to London. It also has some stunning villages in the surrounding areas to explore and there are an abundance of places to visit and enjoy locally; both historically, nature and activity based.
The space
This pretty little cottage makes a perfect get away. It has a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and large king-size bed along with a lovely entrance hall. All this is set within a stunning 7 acre property and your entrance is through double gates up a gravel drive with the cottage positioned ahead of you. It is an airy space which has been furnished with a cosy comfortable feel in mind.
Guest access
The Cottage is positioned near the main house but has its own front door and guests staying here will enjoy privacy. There is no outside area yet but this is something we are looking to add in time
Other things to note
We like to let guests know that we have a young large munsterlander dog who is extremely friendly but a little bit bouncy. He is normally kept in the back garden but occasionally you might see him around.
